'Mon Cherry' 

50ml Monkey Shoulder

10ml Orgeat Syrup

10ml Cherry Jam

20ml Lemon Juice

1 Dash Cherry bitters

Shake and strain over cubes into rocks glass

Top with soda

Garnish with fresh cherry

'Boulevadier No. 3'

40ml Monkey Shoulder

30ml Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth

30ml Campari

Stir and strain over ice ball in vintage old fashioned

Garnish with half wheel of orange

'Berry Special'

50ml Monkey Shoulder

25ml Grenadine

20ml Lemon Juice

20ml Amontilado Sherry

Shake and strain over fresh ice in vintage hi ball

Top with soda

Garnish with fresh berries

'Vodka Martini - Dry' 

60ml Tovaritch Vodka from the freezer

5ml Martini Extra Dry Vermouth from the refrigerator

Stir to dilute and further chill

Strain into frozen vintage coupe

Garnish with one olive

'Gypsy Queen'

50ml Tovaritch Vodka from the freezer

25ml D.O.M. Benedictine Liqueur from the refrigerator

1 dash Angostura bitters

Stir to dilute and further chill

Strain into frozen vintage coupe

Garnish with lemon twist

'Long Thailand Iced Tea'

20ml Tovaritch

10ml Gin

10ml White Rum

10ml Triple Sec

10ml 100% Agave Tequila

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml Ginger and Lemon Grass Cordial

5ml Coconut Syrup

Mix and infuse all spirits with length of lemon grass for minimum 2 hours

Shake all and strain over fresh ice

Top with lemonade

Garnish with lemon wedge

'Daiquiri'

50ml Barcelo Gran Platinum

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

Shake and Strain - no garnish

'Lick a Cherry'

Chiil a tall flute

25ml Havana Añejo Especial

10ml Luxardo Sangue Morlacca Cherry

1 Dash Fee Bros. Cherry Bitters

Stir to chill, add to glass Top with Champagne

and garnish with a booze-soaked cherry

'Drum Old Fashioned'

60ml Drum and Black rum

1 Bar spoon Demerera Syrup

2 Dash Angostura

1 Dash Orange Bitters

Stir to chill and dilute

Serve in a Vintage Old-Fashioned over a crystal clear ice ball carved from glacial pack-ice 

Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel
